Cut Crease using Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadows and dipbrow pomade

I’m always here for a cut crease. What about you? It just looks really put together but it’s not that hard to do once you figured it out.
To make it more fun and add some color I created a ombré liner, too.

Products I used for this cut crease:

  • Eyeshadow base (concealer) + powder to set the base
  • Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadows in Caramel, Fudge, Venice, Soft Gold
  • Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade in Dark Brown (as an eyeliner)
  • Essence Long Lasting Eye Pencil in Black Fever (on the upper waterline)
  • Essence I Love Extreme Volume Mascara
  • Brushes: Morphe e30, Bdellium Tools 776, Zoeva 238, Zoeva 317, Zoeva 237, Sigma e36, Anastasia Beverly Hills #18

Step By Step Makeup Pictorial:

Pictorial step 1 – 3: cut crease using Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadows and dipbrow pomade

STEP 1:

First I prime my eyelids (with concealer) and set them with powder (Morphe e30 brush).

STEP 2:

Then as my transition shade I apply the shade ‘Caramel’ in my crease and blend it upwards (on a Bdellium Tools 776). Because I want to create a winged-out cut crease I also wing out the eyeshadow on my outer corners.

STEP 3:

After that I take the same brush to deepen the crease with the shade ‘Fudge’. Again creating a winged-out shape.

STEP 4:

Then I draw the cut crease. To cut the crease I use concealer (Tarte Shape Tape) on a flat brush (Anastasia Beverly Hills #18 brush). After that I set the concealer with some face powder/skin toned eyeshadow.

STEP 5:

Afterwards I draw an eyeliner with the Anastasia Beverly Hills dipbrow pomade in dark brown (on a Zoeva317).

STEP 6:

To make the eyeliner more fun I apply this turquioise eyeshadow on top of the eyeliner (in the center). For that I used the shade ‘Venice’ on a Zoeva 238 brush which I sprayed with some setting spray to make the eyeshadow more intense (also so it sticks better on top of the eyeliner).

STEP 7:

Then I brush away any fall-out on my cheek and do my face makeup. After that I apply the shade ‘Fudge’ close to my lower lashline and blend it out with ‘Caramel’ (on a Sigma e36).

STEP 8:

Then I fill in my eyebrows and apply ‘Soft Gold’ as an inner corner and browbone highlight (width a Zoeva 237).

STEP 9:

Lastly I apply a black eye pencil on my upper waterline, curl my lashes and apply mascara.
